Each salon is different so I would maybe make some calls to some salons that have a good repore with the business world.

My sis had black dyed hair. Went to a midlevel salon (not cheap buy not too spendy either). Cost her $150 which included the tip. However, her brown hair totally washed to an icky color after a couple weeks, so she felt she got ripped.

Just let your hair grow out to its natural color. Stripping is very risky, damaging, and costly! Not to mention results are not guarenteed. :/
